Nispen Building Performance, a Chestertown Home Performance Company, was founded by Arnoud Van Nispen, who has earned a master’s degree in structural engineer. They are driven by the mission: to help as many New Yorkers as possible save on costs to heat and cool their homes and to reduce their carbon footprint.
